Executive Team

Anna Goessling
President/Owner
As the Owner and President of Arch Express, Anna is a tenacious and kind entrepreneur responsible for the overall operations of the company. Alongside her husband, John, she built Arch Express from one customer to a successful enterprise servicing more than 500 customers in less than two decades.
In her role, Anna develops and administers processes and systems for premium efficiency, effectiveness, and top-tier customer service, and manages business development activities. In addition, she oversees a growing full and part-time 50-member team. Known for her energy, positivity, and infectious laugh, Anna is the face of Arch Express and can often be found answering the phones and interacting with customers.
Prior to founding Arch Express, a certified WBE, Anna worked as a national recruiter for Edward Jones and co-owned a manufacturer’s representative company that sold children’s clothing and accessories throughout the Midwest.
Anna received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and has multiple sales certifications. She volunteers and is active in her Parish, Incarnate Word, The American Cancer Society and is a member of the Forest Park Forever Leffingwell Society. She was active in Chaminade College Prep’s Mothers’ Club and St. Joseph’s Academy Mothers’ Club when her kids were in high school. When Anna isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, and playing golf.
John Goessling
Chief financial officer
John’s pragmatism, wit, and methodical approach guide the business strategy for Arch Express. With his wife Anna, John helped grow Arch Express from one customer to a successful company with more than 500 customers.
As Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for financial reporting, cash management, financial business strategy, human resources, and more at Arch Express. Customers benefit from John’s operational acumen and stringent attention to detail.
Prior to co-founding Arch Express, John held Chief Financial Officer roles for a variety of companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to publishing to transportation. He served as the Vice President of Finance for CDM, Inc., an entity that grew from one to 15 within five years.
John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri. John, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of; the Missouri Society of CPAs, the DeSmet Jesuit High School and the University of Missouri- St Louis Alumni Associations, and the University of Missouri-St Louis Accounting Board. He is active in his Parish, Incarnate Word, and volunteers with the Fisher House Foundation. When John isn’t developing financial strategies to benefit Arch Express and its customers, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading, and socializing.
Jake Goessling
General manager
Jake’s CPA background and six years of public accounting experience help him develop the systems and processes to ensure Arch Express runs efficiently.
As the son of John and Anna, he grew up around the family business. Jake now plays an instrumental role as General Manager for Arch Express, guiding business development and expanding the customer base.
Jake attended Chaminade College Preparatory and played college baseball at Rockhurst University, where he earned his MBA in accounting. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his wife, Mattie, and their two children, Josiah and Isabella.
Kelli Quatrochi
Controller
Kelli brings over a decade of financial reporting and process‐improvement experience to Arch Express, where she oversees the accounting and most back‐office operations. As the daughter of Anna and John, Kelli grew up around the business and developed a deep appreciation for the dedication and teamwork that define Arch Express. Today, she combines that lifelong connection with her professional expertise to strengthen the company’s operations and support its continued growth.
Before Arch Express, Kelli spent more than five years at Energizer Holdings, Inc., providing technical accounting guidance to leadership, implementing process improvements, and ensuring SEC‐reporting compliance. Her earlier experience includes corporate accounting and consolidations at Olin Corporation, and auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she gained valuable insight into a wide range of different industries and business models. Kelli holds a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
In her role at Arch Express, Kelli focuses on optimizing internal processes, fostering efficiency, and leading with kindness — values that align closely with the company’s mission of dependable service and integrity.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her husband and young boys. She loves running, reading, and soaking up family time — often chasing after her energetic boys.
Company Directors
Matt Brown
Director of operations
Matt brings extensive experience in the courier industry to his role as Director of Operations at Arch Express. He has a proven track record of increasing efficiencies and ensuring timely delivery completion. With experience as both a dispatcher and an operations manager in the courier industry, he has unique—and comprehensive—knowledge about the entire process that benefits Arch Express customers.
As Director of Operations, Matt oversees day-to-day operations, and manages both dispatchers and drivers. Additional responsibilities include tracking and analyzing metrics to improve efficiencies, streamline processes, and ensure the best possible experience for customers.
Matt holds a doctorate in History from Washington University, where he taught a wide variety of courses in modern history and social and political sciences. His teaching background and ability to effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences undoubtedly contribute to the success of his work at Arch Express. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf, Cardinals’ baseball, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Paul Schupp
Director of Operations
Paul has 10 years of experience in the logistics industry. Paul has a proven track record of increasing efficiencies, increasing profitability, implementing statewide and local contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries. Paul started his career in Logistics after a long career as an Assistant District Manager in Retail, ranked in the top 2% of company management for sales and profits, and owning a successful Financial advising practice. Paul has owned multiple businesses and has learned new ways of building relationships with employees and clients.
He has put the customer and employees first. Since being in operations leadership in logistic the primary goal has always been patient care first.
As Director of Operations, Paul and Matt work together to oversee day-to-day operations, manages both dispatchers and drivers, creates standard operating procedures, and improves routing efficiencies to benefit on time performance and company profitability.
In his free time, Paul enjoys playing with his puppies, spending time with his wife and kids, and traveling.
